This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which SharePoint Soft collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users of the SharePoint Soft.com Web Site (each, a "User").

SharePoint Soft is committed to safeguarding the information Users entrust to SharePoint Soft and believes every User should know how SharePoint Soft utilizes the information collected from the Web Site. This Web Site is not directed at children under 13 years of age. However, children under the age of 13 which wish to participate in SharePoint Soft Forum must submit a permission form prior to becoming a registered user.
